BVMI provides an array of healthcare services for free to qualified adults living in Bergen County
BVMI patients receive primary, preventive, chronic, and urgent care by appointment.
A complete physical is provided annually for all patients, including lab work.
All female patients receive an annual well-woman exam, including mammogram for those 40+.
Ongoing Care
Ongoing care is provided for patients with chronic conditions such diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, etc. This includes medication monitoring, educating patients on nutrition, exercise, and other healthy lifestyle habits.
