As food insecurity continues to rise in Bergen County, BVMI’s Case Management team is working harder than ever to connect our most vulnerable patients with the resources they need.
This past weekend, through our partnership with the Meadowlands Chamber Basket Brigade, 50 BVMI families received everything for a full Thanksgiving meal — a fresh turkey, all the fixings, and a moment of relief — delivered with care by our dedicated volunteers. We’re deeply grateful to the Chamber for their generosity and proud to stand with partners who share our commitment to helping families thrive. When Adela picked up her package, she said, “I didn’t know you were giving us a fresh turkey and other food too. My children are going to be so happy — thank you!”
