Volunteering Today – Protecting Tomorrow

It was 2004 and BVMI was a barely-formed spark in the minds of a few people – all of them medically oriented. BVMI was fortunate that Janet Finke answered their call to bring her knowledge and experience of nonprofit organization management to the group.

In the 13 years since, Janet has continued to volunteer her talents because she “loves the mission, the culture, the people. Despite our diverse personalities, we’re cohesive because we have a common goal.” She has also been a consistent donor.

To safeguard the future of the organization, Janet has included BVMI in her will. “A bequest shows that you believe in the organization,” she explained. “It’s simple to arrange and I urge our friends and supporters to consider doing the same.”
