COVID-19 Resources and Updates for BVMI Patients, Volunteers, and Donors
During this Coronavirus outbreak, BVMI's healthcare center is closed to patient visits and we have moved to a Telehealth model of patient care.
Patients have been notified to call the BVMI Healthcare Center at 201-342-2478 and leave a detailed message describing what is wrong. We have formed two response teams that are assisting patients with everything from prescription needs to diabetes management, test results, COVID-19 symptom questions and more.
BVMI’s patients are already financially vulnerable, and the economic hardships caused by the COVID-19 pandemic are hitting them especially hard. That's why we were thrilled when two very generous donors offered a dollar for dollar match, up to $1,000, for patients who are experiencing economic hardships and need financial assistance to fill their prescriptions and buy food.
